With the supporting of ACAP (Community Action for the conservation of Protected Areas), our NGO "Change - Regional Development Agency (Change-AZHR) will start a new initiative at the protected area of "Vjose - Narte" in order to increase the public awareness of local stakeholders for protecting and non damaging this area. It's obvious that the protected areas are always being protected or not by the community that do realizes its everyday activity there. As a result, the best way to protect and further develop these areas is by making the local stakeholders that excercise their encomic activity inside these areas, interested for imrpovement of the area. 

In this context our initiative amis to support the group of local fisherment operating in Vjose - Narte protected area, by improving their condition of fishing, repairing their boats and creating the conection with the fish market for selling their product in local market.

We would like to thank ACAP (CCommunity Action for the conservation of Protected Areas) the NGO
COSV and partner organizations participating in the Evaluation Committee, that do intend to promote:
– the Llogara National Park;
– the Protected Landscape of Vjosa-Narta;
– the Tomorri National Park
